What is Star Trucker?
Raw Fury calls Star Trucker “an intergalactic twist on the trucking simulation genre.” The publisher’s description puts players behind the wheel of a spacefaring truck, taking freight jobs and navigating a galaxy of hazards and events. That is the publisher’s feature description, rather than an independent assessment of how the game plays.
Its listed activities include hauling different goods, upgrading and customizing a rig, carrying out maintenance during spacewalks, collecting salvage, trading goods and talking with a voiced cast over a CB radio.
What does the official launch trailer show?
The available official source material does not verify the exact video asset referred to as the “Official Launch Trailer.” A “Launch Trailer” heading appears in a later post on the game’s official Steam announcements page, but that label alone does not establish that it is the 2024 launch trailer. Its runtime, shot sequence, music and spoken lines are therefore not confirmed here.

When did Star Trucker come out?
Star Trucker launched on September 3, 2024, for PC and Xbox Series X|S. Raw Fury said it would be available on Xbox Game Pass for console and PC on launch day. The game’s Steam listing gives the same release date and identifies Monster and Monster as developer and Raw Fury as publisher.
What platforms is Star Trucker on?
Raw Fury announced the PlayStation 5 version for June 10, 2025, joining the PC and Xbox Series X|S versions. On PC, the publisher names Steam and GOG as storefronts. Subscription catalogues and regional store availability can change, so check the relevant store for current access.
