Epic’s offer applied to the mobile editions and expired on March 20, 2025; current Epic listings show the games as paid titles, not free downloads.
What Epic’s offer included—and when it ended
Epic announced the promotion on February 20, 2025, saying the two games were “available now on the store for free until March 20.” The claim window has passed, so the announcement is historical rather than a current deal. Epic’s announcement specified the mobile games; it did not offer a free PC entitlement.

Which regions and platforms were covered?
For this promotion, Epic described its mobile free-game program as available on Android worldwide and on iOS in the European Union. Russia and Belarus were excluded from the two-game offer. The iOS qualification applied to this promotion; it should not be read as an offer to all iPhone users. Epic’s current mobile-store page and platform availability support page describe current store access, which may differ from the original promotion’s terms.
Can you still get the games on Epic?
Epic’s current product listings show separate iOS and Android versions of both games as paid base games. Prices vary by storefront market, so check the listing for your country for the amount currently charged. Epic identifies Aspyr as developer and LucasArts and Aspyr as publishers. KOTOR is a single-player RPG set 4,000 years before the Galactic Empire; KOTOR II is also a single-player RPG and takes place five years after the first game.

The games’ stated minimum operating systems are older than the current requirements for installing Epic’s mobile store app. As a result, a phone might meet a game’s listed OS minimum but still be unable to install the game through Epic if it cannot run the store app.
