Select a destination from the homes offered in the dialogue. You can choose a home of yours, or move to hers if that destination is available.
The residence choice is part of the marriage mechanic. In a 2011 interview, Skyrim game director Todd Howard said, “When you get married, you can decide where you live. If you own a house, your spouse can move in with you, or you can move in with them.” Steam’s archive of the PC Gamer interview.

Why your preferred home may not appear
Use the destinations the spouse actually offers in your save. The available evidence does not establish a complete list of homes accepted by every spouse, or a universal reason or fix when a destination is missing. A custom or mod-added home may not be available through ordinary spouse dialogue.

If the dialogue or destination differs from the instructions you have found, account for your game edition and mod configuration; there is no verified universal troubleshooting fix.

Can a mod assign a spouse to a custom home?
For a modded setup, My Home Is Your Home describes assigning a follower—including a spouse—to a home marker at the current location. Its instructions say to speak with the follower, choose “Let’s talk about home,” and mark the current place as the new home. The Nexus page lists version 1.21sse and a last update of January 4, 2017, so check the current page for edition, platform, version, and compatibility before using it.
The mod page warns that follower behaviors can conflict, some NPCs may ignore sandbox packages, and Serana’s Dawnguard questline should be completed before setting her new home. It also notes an interaction with Spouses Can Live Everywhere: when both systems assign a home to the same spouse, My Home Is Your Home’s marker can take precedence. This is an optional third-party workaround for custom-home or follower behavior, not a requirement for ordinary vanilla relocation.
