At launch, Kylian Mbappé and Mohamed Salah shared the highest men’s rating in EA SPORTS FC 26 at 91 overall. Ousmane Dembélé was rated 90, while Lamine Yamal earned an 89 and ranked ninth in EA’s men’s top 26. EA published the reveal on September 8, 2025; these are FC 26 launch ratings, not current-season ratings.
EA FC 26 ratings for Mbappé, Yamal and Dembélé
EA’s September 8, 2025 announcement placed Mbappé second, Dembélé third and Yamal ninth in its men’s top 26. The ranking is not simply an ordering of overall ratings: players tied on overall can be ordered using subjective factors related to real-world performance, according to EA.
| Men’s rank | Player | FC 26 launch overall | Position | Club |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | Kylian Mbappé | 91 | ST | Real Madrid |
| 3 | Ousmane Dembélé | 90 | ST | Paris SG |
| 9 | Lamine Yamal | 89 | RM | FC Barcelona |
EA’s September 8, 2025 ratings announcement gives each player’s rank, overall, position and team. These are in-game ratings, not measurements of real-world speed, shooting or skill.

What EA’s top-26 reveal covers
The top 26 is a launch reveal list, not the full player database. EA said FC 26 contains more than 20,000 players and that full ratings would be revealed across more than 750 clubs and 35 playable leagues. EA also explains that Ultimate Team ratings draw on players’ leagues and the real-world athletes they face; men’s and women’s teams play separately in other modes.

EA announced FC 26 for September 26, 2025, with Ultimate Edition early access beginning September 19. Its ratings database pages are live and now display FC 27, so the numbers currently shown there are not evidence of FC 26 launch ratings. The historical figures above refer specifically to EA’s September 2025 reveal and indexed launch-database values.
EA listed PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, PC, Amazon Luna, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 for FC 26. Release timing and platforms are from EA’s FC 26 release announcement.
