SILENT HILL f launched on September 25, 2025. Its published regional schedule put the first North American unlocks on the evening of September 24, with the listed cities in eastern North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific unlocking on September 25. The dates below are historical, not a countdown to an upcoming release.

PC Gamer published the city-by-city schedule below and credits its timing-map image to Konami. Konami’s launch announcement confirms the September 25, 2025 release date, but does not give this full regional timetable in its text.

Digital Deluxe early access times
Konami announced 48 hours of early access for the Digital Deluxe Edition. PC Gamer’s schedule listed the following earlier local unlocks; these are reported schedule details, not a separate regional timetable in Konami’s announcement text.

Konami’s September 25, 2025 launch notice identifies PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, Epic Games, and Microsoft Windows as launch platforms. It also says a Day One physical edition and Digital Standard and Digital Deluxe editions were available. The Japanese official ordering page additionally links to GOG and distinguishes physical availability from the digital Deluxe edition; storefront listings can differ by region. What the schedule does—and does not—establish
- The reported city times show the US West and Central unlocks falling on September 24, while the listed New York, European, and Asia-Pacific unlocks fall on September 25.
- The source schedule does not establish separate unlock exceptions for each platform or storefront, so the city listings should not be read as proof that every store used identical unlock behavior.
