Why older instructions may not match your game
Steam lists Schedule I as an Early Access game developed and published by TVGS, released March 24, 2025. Its listing says Early Access games are incomplete and may change. It also shows an Open Beta v0.4.7 announcement dated September 19, 2026; that announcement alone does not establish that v0.4.7 is the public stable build or identify the version installed on your PC. TVGS says on the Steam listing: “Schedule I will continue to receive substantial content updates on a monthly basis for the next few years.” That update cadence makes demo-era instructions especially time-sensitive, but it does not by itself confirm that a particular glitch has been fixed or remains available.
Before you try a save-file guide
Moyens I/O advises preserving the original save before editing it. Keeping an untouched copy is prudent, but it is not a guarantee against save loss or corruption. The reported guides do not establish that their specific file paths or values apply to your installed version.
- Check your installed game version and compare it with the date and scope of the guide.
- Keep an unmodified copy of any save before changing files.
- Do not assume an old demo instruction applies to a later Early Access build.
- If preserving your save matters more than experimenting, avoid editing it.
