To get past the hidden path and statues in “Go Further In,” indwell on the nearby Iktomisaurus and use Elemental Sight to reveal the route. At the three statues, expose and remove the symbol on the middle one with the Iktomisaurus’ Elemental Skill; then reveal the area below and switch to a Qucusaurus for the flight course.
Where “Go Further In” fits in the quest
“Go further in” is an objective in Journey of Stars and Flames, the third part of Chapter V, Act V: Incandescent Ode of Resurrection. The act arrived with Version 5.3 on January 1, 2025, according to Game8’s quest guide. This objective follows “Explore to find a way forward” and comes before “Try to continue onward,” as listed in the quest sequence.
Reveal and cross the hidden route
- After talking to Chuychu, indwell on the Iktomisaurus. Use the nearby Iktomisaurus Spiritsconce.
- Activate Elemental Sight. It reveals the hidden path across the cavern. The route becomes invisible again when Elemental Sight ends, so toggle it back on whenever you need to see where to go next.

Solve the three-statue puzzle
- Reach the three dragon statues. They face one another beyond the hidden route.
- Reveal the middle statue’s symbol with Elemental Sight.
- Use the Iktomisaurus’ Elemental Skill on that symbol.
- Activate Elemental Sight again. The stone platform disappears, exposing the area below.
If you do not remember the Elemental Sight input, check your in-game keybind settings; controls can vary by platform and by your chosen bindings.

After the platform reveals the lower area, indwell on the nearby Qucusaurus and fly through the course. Follow the rings, slow down to steer around cliffs, and dive to reach the bottom. Game8 also advises toggling the midair sprint to get ahead of the Abyss attack; use it when you need a burst of speed, then focus on steering through the route.
