To complete A Finale Emberforged in Genshin Impact, finish the Natlan Archon Quest chain through Chronicler of the Crumbling City, bring two Golden Entreaties to the Heart of the Sacred Mountain, and cancel the activation of Sweeping Skyfire when the quest presents that choice. The quest includes two fights against the Primeval Source Dragon Mech; the second is the final battle.
How to unlock and start A Finale Emberforged
A Finale Emberforged is the Natlan World Quest series; its sole quest is An Omen of Annihilation and the Final Entreaty. GameWith’s guide, updated October 5, 2026, identifies As the Burning Sun Sears Shadows as the immediate preceding quest in Chronicler of the Crumbling City. After completing it, approach the spire-like structure at the center of the Heart of the Sacred Mountain to begin the quest. GameWith’s walkthrough gives those start instructions.
Beebom’s March 27, 2025 guide also lists The Way Into the Mountain and Path to the Flaming Peaks among the preceding Natlan quest-chain requirements. If the start location does not trigger, check that these earlier quests and As the Burning Sun Sears Shadows are complete. Beebom’s guide covers the additional prerequisites.
Get both Golden Entreaties
You need two Golden Entreaties to open the route into the Heart of the Sacred Mountain. Beebom’s walkthrough says to obtain one from each of these quests:

Once you have both, offer them at the altar at the spire and enter the Heart of the Sacred Mountain. These are in-game quest items, not physical items you need to buy.
Choose “Cancel” for Sweeping Skyfire
After entering the area, you will confront the Primeval Source Dragon Mech as part of the story sequence, then follow the companion storyline involving Kukulkan and Huitzilopochtli. At the Sweeping Skyfire decision, choose to cancel activation to continue the quest.

Confirming activation three times triggers an alternate catastrophic scene, after which the game returns you to the choice point. It does not advance the quest, so select cancel when you are ready to proceed.
Free the Traveler and companions
Continue along the path created during the sequence. Attack the message or speech-bubble obstacles blocking the way, then break the prism cage to free the Traveler and the companions. Follow the quest prompts after the rescue to return to the Primeval Source Dragon Mech for the final encounter.

Walkthroughs describe the Saurian companion as joining this battle with stronger abilities. Beebom’s guide says to use the Saurian Indwelling prompt to call for its help. GameWith reports that a quick-time prompt appears during one of the boss’s powerful attacks: respond to it to interrupt the attack and damage the shield. Watch for the on-screen cue rather than treating this as a standard damage-only phase.

The reported Mora reward is inconsistent: GameWith lists 34,000 Mora, while HoYoDex’s indexed listing gives 30,000. Because those figures conflict and an official reward confirmation was not available, check the in-game reward screen rather than relying on either total. GameWith also says completion unlocks the achievements Creating the Path Desired and Flowers for Someone.
