For the Version 4.6 banner decision, Arlecchino was a strong fit if you wanted an on-field Pyro damage dealer and liked managing her Bond of Life attack loop. She was a less comfortable choice if you rely on teammates to heal your active character: they cannot heal her during combat, so staying alive means using her Burst to heal, dodging carefully, or adding defensive support. Her Phase 1 banner was a past event, not a current recommendation.
What Arlecchino offers
Arlecchino is a five-star Pyro polearm character whose main role is on-field damage dealing. Her Bond of Life mechanic empowers her attacks, making her a choice for players who want to keep her active and build damage around her kit. HoYoverse’s Version 4.6 Update Details describes her classification and kit.
How her combat loop works
Her Skill applies Blood-Debt Directives to enemies. Absorbing those directives builds Bond of Life, which is central to empowering her attacks. The contemporary Version 4.6 KeqingMains quick guide describes a short setup interval followed by a Charged Attack to absorb the directives, then Normal Attacks for most of her damage.

This setup rewards players who are comfortable sequencing abilities and keeping Arlecchino on the field. It is less suited to someone looking for a straightforward damage dealer with no particular resource or timing loop.

During combat, teammates cannot heal Arlecchino. She can heal herself with her Burst, but that makes defensive play an important part of using her: dodge carefully, use her self-healing when needed, or bring a shield or other defensive utility. KeqingMains discusses these team-survivability considerations in its Arlecchino Quick Guide.
#1 Best Overall
- From the acclaimed Prime Video series, Fallout
- Hand-painted figure
- Measures 8 inches tall
- Stands on a 5-inch wide base
If you prefer forgiving characters who can be topped up by a healer whenever they take damage, this limitation may outweigh her appeal. If you are comfortable managing incoming damage and reserving her Burst for recovery when appropriate, it may be a reasonable trade-off.
Who should have pulled for her in Version 4.6?
- Consider her if you wanted another on-field Pyro damage dealer, enjoy her Bond of Life setup and attack sequence, and are comfortable managing her survivability.
- Think twice if your roster already meets your need for on-field damage, you would rather play a different role, or you depend on teammate healing for a forgiving combat experience.
- Do not treat her as an automatic pull based on a universal damage promise. Whether she fills a useful gap depends on your existing roster and preferred play style.
Weapons, artifacts, and team choices are build decisions rather than a single universal answer; the available Version 4.6 guide material does not establish an account-independent best setup.

What the 4.6 banner timing means now
HoYoverse announced Arlecchino alongside Lyney for Phase 1, and Version 4.6 launched on April 24, 2024. The official 4.6 Special Program overview lists the Phase 1 Event Wish, while the PlayStation Blog announcement gives the update date. That banner is historical; this advice addresses the 4.6 decision, not her present availability.
