The free 2024 Worlds Tee (White) was a Pokémon GO avatar item, not a physical shirt. Its code was offered during the first day of the 2024 Pokémon World Championships stream, with a second distribution route through official Pokémon GO social channels. The announced redemption deadline was August 26, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. UTC, so the original offer has expired.
How the 2024 Worlds Tee code was distributed
Pokémon GO said the tee would be available globally through a code displayed during Day 1 of the Pokémon World Championships broadcast. The event took place in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, from August 16 to 18, 2024. The official event announcement described it as a T-shirt “for your avatar.” Read the Pokémon GO event announcement.

Niantic also said the code would be shared on official Pokémon GO social media shortly after the stream. The event instructions set the code’s deadline at August 26, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. UTC. That window has passed. See Niantic’s World Championships broadcast instructions.
Can you still redeem the free shirt code?
The official deadline for this offer has elapsed. Niantic’s general code-redemption instructions explain how offer codes are entered, but they do not extend or reinstate a past event offer. The official event articles reviewed do not print the actual tee code; an unverified code string found in a repost, video, or forum should not be treated as officially confirmed.

Niantic’s general process is to visit the Pokémon GO offer-redemption page, sign in with the credentials used for the game, enter the offer code, and check for a confirmation message that the items were added to inventory. Read Niantic’s offer-code help. This is general guidance, not a way to claim the expired 2024 Worlds Tee.

The reward was a digital cosmetic for a Pokémon GO avatar. Buying a physical Pokémon T-shirt does not grant the in-game item, and the original announcement did not describe a physical apparel giveaway. The Pokémon Company International also described the stream reward as an avatar tee. Read The Pokémon Company International’s event announcement.
