Why the puzzle number needs a correction

The date and number in the requested title point to different archive entries: WordFinder by YourDictionary lists June 6, 2024 as #362 and June 4, 2024 as #360. This answer key follows the calendar date, June 6. If you meant puzzle #360, look for the June 4 entry instead. WordFinder’s Connections archive is a secondary answer archive, not the New York Times’ official puzzle record.

How Connections works and where to play archived puzzles

The New York Times Help Center describes Connections this way: “Players are given 16 words and must find groups of four items that share something in common.” NYT also says editors curate the words and categories using the Oxford Dictionary. The game is free to play, while its full archive, which reaches back to June 12, 2023, is available to All Access and Games subscribers. NYT identifies its website and Games app as access routes.
