There is no verified official or current meta ranking for Among Heroes: Fantasy Samkok in the available guides. BlueStacks’ tier list puts Zuo Ci, Liu Bei, Taishi Ci, Zhang Jiao, and Dong Zhuo in S tier, but other guides rank some of the same fighters differently. Treat these as guide-specific snapshots—not definitive best-to-worst verdicts—and choose characters by the role your team needs.

The disagreement is substantial: Lu Bu is A tier for BlueStacks but SS for Pocket Tactics; Zuo Ci is S for BlueStacks, SS for Pocket Tactics, and A for GameSkinny. Liu Bei and Taishi Ci also shift tiers. These differences show that the guides use distinct judgments; they do not establish that a character is objectively weak or best in every lineup.
Why the BlueStacks S-tier characters stand out
BlueStacks describes three of its S-tier picks in terms of distinct team functions. The guide’s skill descriptions explain what those placements may offer, but they are not independent performance tests.

Zuo Ci: crowd control and back-row pressure
BlueStacks identifies Zuo Ci as a 5-star Mythical Strategist whose listed skills deal damage and can stun enemies, including back-row targets. That combination can matter when a team needs to disrupt opponents or reach targets behind the frontline.
Liu Bei: healing and sustain
BlueStacks describes Liu Bei as a 5-star Mythical Alchemist with single-target and front-row healing. His value is therefore tied to keeping allies alive, rather than simply adding another damage dealer.
Taishi Ci: physical damage and burn
BlueStacks lists Taishi Ci as a 5-star Mythical Vanguard with physical attacks and a burn effect. That offers a damage-focused role with damage over time, distinct from Zuo Ci’s control or Liu Bei’s healing.
How to use a tier list when building a team
- Start with the gap in your lineup. If allies need recovery, Liu Bei’s healing is relevant; if you need disruption or pressure on back-row targets, Zuo Ci’s described skills are more directly suited to that job.
- Compare function, not just letter grades. BlueStacks says it weighs rarity, base stats, skills, and adaptability. A high placement does not by itself tell you which character fits your particular roster.
- Keep the mode in mind. GameSkinny frames its list around both PvE and PvP team-building. A general tier label should not be treated as a promise that a fighter will perform equally well in every encounter.
- Check the guide’s date and game identity. The available lists do not verify an official current roster, patch version, or balance ranking. Also, Samkok Fantasy is a distinct VNG Singapore title, not another name for Among Heroes: Fantasy Samkok; its roster and updates should not be carried over.
What “best” and “worst” mean here
These sources do not support a reliable universal worst-character ranking: they cover different rosters and tier levels, and the strongest overlap is disagreement over individual placements. The defensible takeaway is narrower: use a named guide’s tier list as its own snapshot, then judge characters by skill effects, team role, and fit for the mode you play—not as a definitive ranking for every account or a confirmed current meta.
