Evolution steps
- Get Dragon Cheer. In The Indigo Disk, defeat Drayton; Nintendo Life reports that he awards TM 226 after the battle. Nintendo Life’s Dragon Cheer guide identifies the move as TM 226.
- Teach it to Dipplin. Use TM 226 so Dragon Cheer is one of Dipplin’s known moves.
- Level up Dipplin. With Dragon Cheer known, gain a level and Dipplin evolves into Hydrapple.
