Sony’s November 2025 State of Play was a Japan-focused showcase, not a general November roundup. Its announcements ranged from new games and release dates to DLC, updates, a demo, a closed beta and a PlayStation gaming monitor. Here is what Sony announced, with dates and windows presented as they appeared in its November 11 recap—not as confirmation that each item later launched on schedule.
Sony’s November 11, 2025 PlayStation.Blog recap, credited to Sachie Kobari, is the source for the announcements and timing below. The event’s Japan focus is important: this is the State of Play Japan lineup, rather than a catch-all list of every PlayStation announcement that month.
New games and newly revealed projects
Action, RPG and adventure
- Damon & Baby: An action adventure planned for PS5 and PS4 in early 2026. Its premise pairs a cursed demon lord with a human child, combining exploration and twin-stick shooter combat.

The recap included specific dates, months and broader windows, from November and December 2025 through May 2026, as well as terms such as early 2026, Q1 2026, Spring 2026 and winter. They are the dates and windows Sony stated in its November 2025 announcement. The recap is not a current release tracker, so it does not establish whether every game, update, DLC pack or hardware item subsequently became available as scheduled.
