Which factions are in Total War: WARHAMMER 40,000?
Four playable factions have been announced for launch:
- Space Marines
- Astra Militarum
- Orks
- Aeldari

Will Chaos Space Marines be playable at launch?
No. The official game-director FAQ says Chaos Space Marines will not be available at launch, while identifying them as a faction planned for some point in the future. It does not give a date or confirm a specific post-launch release plan. Total War game-director FAQ.

Will it support mods?
