Every tier lists 16GB of dual-channel RAM, Windows 10 or 11 with DirectX 12, and a 65GB SSD. The GPU and CPU examples are what change from one tier to the next. The figures come from Ubisoft’s PC announcement dated August 16, 2024, and the requirements page on the Ubisoft Store, which gives the game’s release date as August 30, 2024.
The four official PC tiers
Ubisoft pairs each performance target with a graphics card and processor example. Every target assumes the upscaler is set to Quality.

How to choose a tier
- Decide which resolution, frame rate, and preset you want to hold. Find the row that matches all three, not just the resolution.
- Check your graphics card against that row’s GPU examples. A card listed in a lower tier only supports that lower tier’s target.
- Check your processor against the same row. The listed CPUs are examples, so a processor from the same performance class is not ruled out by the table alone.
- Keep the upscaler on Quality when comparing your results with Ubisoft’s targets, because that is the setting each target assumes.
The Ultra tier’s AMD graphics card name
The two official sources name the Ultra tier’s AMD card differently. The August 2024 announcement says “Radeon RX-7600XTX (24 GB).” The Ubisoft Store’s US requirements listing gives the same 24GB card as RX 7900 XTX. The announcement’s wording looks like a typo, but the source does not say so, so this article does not choose one spelling as correct. If you cite the Ultra tier’s AMD option, attribute the spelling to the source you are quoting.
PC features Ubisoft announced
Ubisoft’s announcement lists the following PC features. These are features the company named at launch, not a promise that each one works on every graphics card.

Platform, account, and store requirements
The Ubisoft Store lists Ubisoft as publisher and Massive Entertainment as developer. Its PC description says the game is available through the Ubisoft Store, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. The PC version requires a Ubisoft account and the Ubisoft Connect application. Store availability and editions can vary by region, so check your regional listing before buying.

The tiers are Ubisoft’s targets and requirements from its 2024 launch materials. They are not independent benchmark results, and no measured frame rates from testing are attached to them. Actual performance depends on the rest of your system, the game’s later patches, and your graphics driver version, all of which can change over time. Ubisoft’s Store listing is the place to check whether the requirements have been revised since the August 2024 announcement.
