Warframe Void Storms are Railjack missions where you open a Void Relic while completing the mission objective. Collect enough shared squad Reactant to unlock the relic reward; at mission completion, you also receive an extra item from the Void Storm drop table. Choose a Proxima based on the relic era you need, and destroy any Void Sinks before they damage your Warframe.
What is a Void Storm?
A Void Storm combines Railjack missions with Void Fissure relic opening. Digital Extremes describes the activity as completing the objective while collecting enough Reactant. You can select one from the Railjack Star Chart or the Void Fissure tab of the World State Window. Digital Extremes’ Update 30 notes explain the launch mechanics; check the live in-game listings for current mission availability.

At mission completion, you receive the reward from the relic you opened and an additional item from the Void Storm drop table. The official notes identify reward categories by Proxima, but do not establish current probabilities, so a named item is possible rather than guaranteed.
Which Proxima should you choose?
The Update 30 notes map relic eras and notable extra reward categories to these Proximas. Use the live Void Storm listings to confirm which missions are currently available.

This is the mapping in the April 13, 2021 Update 30 notes, not a guarantee that every current reward table or rotation is unchanged. The notes do not give drop-rate probabilities. For a Sevagoth blueprint, the same update says it is earned through the Call of the Tempestarii quest; the Void Storm tables contain components.
How to run a Void Storm
- Open the Railjack Star Chart or the Void Fissure tab in the World State Window, then select a listed Void Storm.
- Bring the relic you want to open and complete the mission objective.
- Collect enough Reactant during the mission. Corrupted enemies can drop it in on-foot areas, from boarding parties, at Points of Interest, and aboard Crewships. Reactant pickups are shared with squad members.
- Once the objective is complete and the relic has been opened, claim the relic reward and the additional Void Storm table item at mission completion.
How to handle Void Sinks
Void Sinks can damage your Warframe on contact. Digital Extremes says to shoot them to destroy them, so take them out rather than running into or through them. The Update 30 notes identify this hazard and countermeasure but do not specify a damage value or a more detailed avoidance mechanic.

Railjack and quest prerequisites
Keep the stated prerequisites scoped to the content they apply to: Digital Extremes’ Update 30 notes say that Call of the Tempestarii requires owning a Railjack and completing The Deadlock Protocol. That statement does not establish those two conditions as universal prerequisites for every Void Storm. If you need to build a Railjack, Warframe Support says a Dry Dock is necessary to begin Rising Tide and construct one: Warframe Support: Railjack.

The core relic loop remains familiar: gather Reactant while completing the objective, then receive the opened relic’s reward. The Railjack setting adds its mission objectives and the separate Void Storm table reward. The official material cited here does not establish that Void Storms are faster or more efficient than ordinary Void Fissures, nor does it provide a current probability comparison; choose by the relic era, extra reward category, and mission available in-game.
