Jackpot Party Casino’s Facebook Cloud version was removed after Facebook disabled its cloud gaming platform. That was the streamed, no-install version some players opened inside Facebook’s mobile app—not proof that every way to play through Facebook ended. The publisher’s support pages still list Facebook desktop and provide steps for Facebook loading errors, as well as options for continuing a Facebook-linked account elsewhere.
What changed with Jackpot Party Casino on Facebook?
Facebook Cloud was a streamed version of the game hosted by Facebook, so players could launch it without installing the game directly on a device. In its March 27, 2024 help article, Jackpot Party Casino’s publisher says Facebook disabled cloud gaming completely. As a result, players could no longer access or make purchases through that cloud version.
The publisher’s article describes the Facebook Cloud method of play as removed, but also lists Facebook desktop among the other ways to play. It is important to distinguish the discontinued cloud version from other Facebook routes: the publisher’s May 8, 2026 troubleshooting article still gives instructions for getting the game to load through Facebook.
What to try if the game will not load through Facebook
Change the Sensitive Content preference
The publisher says a Facebook loading error may occur when the account’s Sensitive Content preference is set to “Show Less.” Its May 2026 instructions recommend changing the setting to “Default.” The publisher says the game should then be able to load through Facebook, but this is guidance rather than a guarantee for every account or device.

The same troubleshooting article points players to the publisher’s direct-play website or the Play Game button on the Jackpot Party Casino Community Page. For current installed-game options, the publisher’s March 2024 article lists platforms including Facebook desktop, Microsoft desktop, Google Play, Apple, and Amazon Kindle/tablet. Availability may vary by country, device, and time; check the relevant official store listing for the latest availability. The Google Play listing reviewed for this article showed Android and Windows availability and an August 26, 2026 update.
How to continue with a Facebook-linked account
If you played using Facebook Cloud and want to continue on another supported platform, install the game there and select “Log in with Facebook.” The publisher says using the same Facebook login should restore the linked game account. Be sure to use the Facebook account originally connected to your progress.

A Guest account is separate from a Facebook-linked account. The publisher says Guest and linked accounts do not share progress or balances, so logging into Facebook will not automatically retrieve progress held only in a different Guest account. If the official steps do not restore access or progress, contact Jackpot Party Casino support; its help articles do not guarantee recovery in every individual case.

Do not use coin generators or unverified “free coins” sites to try to fix access or replace a balance. The publisher warns that it does not offer programs for unlimited free coins, and cautions players about third-party websites, unsolicited messages, and offers that require downloading, paying for, or subscribing to other apps. Its safety guidance says legitimate Facebook coin links come from the official Jackpot Party Casino Community admin.
