It is a cosmetic item: a fluffy cloud with rainbow-colored vertical stripes that players ride in the game world. It is not a real atmospheric cloud and not a physical product. According to the Prodigy Game Wiki, a fan-maintained reference site, it can be bought in the Wizard Center for 810 Magicoin. That price and availability are reported information, not something Prodigy has confirmed as current.
What the item looks like and what it says about itself
The Rainbow Cloud is a mount, which in Prodigy means a creature or object a character rides to move around the game world. Its appearance is a fluffy cloud with rainbow-colored vertical stripes, and it floats up and down while ridden. The wiki transcribes its in-game description as: “What’s better than a cloud? A rainbow cloud. Keeps you looking happy and cool.” That line is the item’s flavor text as recorded by the wiki, not a separately verified statement from Prodigy Education.
How players have obtained it
Older videos and search results describe several routes to the Rainbow Cloud, and they do not all agree. The wiki’s change history gives the following sequence, which explains why an older video may describe a different method from the one that applies today:
- 2021: released as a reward for an Arena Season.
- Later: appeared in the Sky-High Values offering.
- July 10, 2025: added to the Wizard Center for 810 Magicoin, and removed from Sky-High Values on the same date.
The most recent entry in that history is the July 10, 2025 addition. The wiki does not show a later change, but a fan wiki is not a live store, and the page has not been confirmed against Prodigy’s own store. As of this writing in October 2026, treat the Wizard Center listing as the last reported acquisition, not a verified current one. If a video says the cloud is a free reward or a current Arena prize, it describes a past route rather than one you can count on.

Checking whether it is available to you
Because the price is a reported figure, confirm it in your own account before planning around it:
- Log in to Prodigy Math on the web or in the app.
- Open the Wizard Center in the game world.
- Look for the Rainbow Cloud in the mount or pet listings. If it is absent, the item is not currently sold there.
- If it is listed, check that the price matches 810 Magicoin before buying.
If the item is not in the Wizard Center, the wiki’s listing is out of date. Prodigy’s store can change without notice, and no official Prodigy page reviewed here lists the Rainbow Cloud, its price, or its current status.

Context: what Prodigy is
Prodigy Education describes Prodigy Math on its “What is Prodigy Math?” page, dated December 1, 2024, as “A fantasy role-playing video game where students answer skill-building math questions to progress in the Prodigy world.” The game is built around answering math questions to advance, and cosmetic items such as mounts sit alongside that core loop. The official overview does not mention the Rainbow Cloud or connect any membership to it, so the wiki’s Magicoin listing is the only source tying this item to a purchase route.

Players sometimes ask about the Fluffy Cloud mount, which looks related. It is a separate in-game item. The two should not be treated as the same item or as interchangeable.
