Agave Seeds spawn at set locations in The O’odham region. Look for cactus crowns, and use a resource scanner to make the locations easier to find.
Where Agave Seeds spawn
The Dune: Awakening Community Wiki describes Agave Seeds as “Harvested from cactus crowns.” The seeds are found at set spawn locations in The O’odham; they are not described as a random drop from enemies or containers. See the Agave Seeds item page.
How to find them in-game
- Travel to The O’odham.
- Use a resource scanner to make Agave Seed locations easier to locate.
- Check cactus crowns at the indicated spawn points and harvest the seeds.
The item reference does not specify a scanner type or exact operating steps, so follow the instructions shown by your equipped scanner. It also does not establish a fastest route or a guaranteed yield per location.
Use the interactive map as a reference
The Dune: Awakening Interactive Map Agave Seeds guide lists 197 known points on its Hagga Basin map. The guide reports that it was last updated October 2, 2026. Treat that number as the community map’s listed locations, not as a verified live-game total: spawn data can change, and a listed point may need to be checked in your current game.

What Agave Seeds are used for
The Community Wiki lists one Survival Fabricator recipe: 10 Agave Seeds, one Duraluminum Ingot, and 170 mL of water produce five Iodine Pills. The item page also lists Agave Seeds as not dropped on death.
