He is not fought in a conventional boss arena. In Ultimate Custom Night, the encounter is different: William Afton, also known as Scraptrap, attacks through the vent on the right wall.
Where to find Scraptrap in FNaF 6
In Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Simulator, Scraptrap is associated with the Back Alley outside Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza Place. During the salvage sequence, the player can bring the animatronic into the Salvage Room for inspection. The Back Alley and Salvage Room entries describe these locations; they are fan-maintained references, not developer statements.
So if you mean where Scraptrap appears in the game tied to his character, look to the alley and salvage sequence—not for a separate boss arena.
Where Scraptrap attacks in Ultimate Custom Night
Ultimate Custom Night uses a different encounter. William Afton (AKA Scraptrap) attacks from the vent on the right wall. Scott Cawthon’s Steam Community announcement says a loud clamor in the vent and flickering lights warn that he is approaching; close the vent door quickly to stop the attack.
