The most reliable place to gather Herb Paris in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is the Nameless Spring in the Trosky region. Follow the stream east of Herbwoman Bozhena’s hut and west of Zhelejov, then check the basket by the water and the plants growing around it. Community guides place the herb in that spot, and one guide describes a cloth-covered basket at the stream’s end that holds Herb Paris alongside Belladonna. If you would rather not search, herbalists and traders can sell it, but their stock changes.
Gathering Herb Paris at the Nameless Spring
The Nameless Spring route is the one community guides describe most consistently. Gamer Guides’ item database lists Herb Paris in a basket near the spring and growing around it. GamesRecon gives a more specific route: follow the stream to where it ends, and look for the cloth-covered basket.

- Head to Trosky and find Herbwoman Bozhena’s hut. The Nameless Spring is on the stream east of her hut and west of Zhelejov, so use the hut as your landmark.
- Follow the stream east. Stay with the water rather than cutting through the woods. Guides say the herb grows close to streams.
- Look for the cloth-covered basket near the end of the stream. Open it and check what is inside. GamesRecon reports Herb Paris and Belladonna together here.
- Inspect the plants around the basket. Herb Paris is small and easy to miss, so check the low growth beside the water as well as the basket itself.
Gathering here costs nothing beyond your time. If the basket is empty when you return, the most likely explanation is that you already collected from it, so check the surrounding plants before assuming the spot has been stripped.
Other Trosky spots reported by guides
Two other locations appear in community references, but with less route detail than the Nameless Spring:

- A cliff near a chest. Gamer Guides marks Herb Paris growing on a cliff close to a chest in Trosky. The guide does not give a detailed route to the cliff.
- The Broken Wagon. The Kingdom Come: Deliverance II wiki on Fandom describes a large patch at the Broken Wagon, roughly halfway between Semine and Semine mill.
These are useful backups if you are already in the area, but the Nameless Spring is the better-documented choice.
Buying Herb Paris from herbalists and traders
If you want to skip the search, several named traders are listed as sellers. GamesRecon names Herbalist Barnaby and Aranka. The INARA database also lists Herbwoman Vlasta among other traders who carry the herb, and it includes stock counts for them.

Stock is not fixed. INARA states that trader stock is random and that both price and quantity can vary. A trader who lacked Herb Paris on one visit may have it later, so check several vendors if your first stop is empty. Prices and quantities shown in these databases reflect the moment they were recorded, not a guaranteed offer.
How to recognise the plant
The in-game Herbarium entry for Herb Paris says: “It may be sought in deep woods.” That hint fits the Nameless Spring, which lies off the main roads. The item description states that Herb Paris reduces stamina, induces sleep, and lowers health, so it is not a healing ingredient.

GamesRecon describes the plant as small, with four leaves and a dark flower at its centre, and advises searching near streams. Treat this as practical field guidance for spotting it in the game world rather than a verified botanical identification key, since the guide does not compare it against real-world species.

INARA lists Herb Paris as an ingredient for Dollmaker poison and for variants of the Lullaby potion. That is the main reason to collect it, and it is why stockpiling a few units can be worthwhile if you plan to brew either. The database does not list any healing use.

The location and trader details come from community-maintained databases and guides, not from developer documentation. The sources do not say which game patch they were checked against. Spawn positions, basket contents and trader stock can differ between versions and between saves, so if the herb is not where a guide says, check the surrounding area before assuming the guide is wrong.
