You can’t access the FIFA 23 Web App anymore. EA shut it down on September 15, 2023. The current Web App is for EA SPORTS FC 27; EA’s Help page links to it and explains how to sign in. That does not restore access to FIFA 23.
What happened to the FIFA 23 Web App?
EA launched the FIFA 23 Web App on September 21, 2022, with the refreshed Companion App scheduled for September 22. Those were the original FUT 23 launch dates, not current access instructions. EA’s FUT 23 launch update records the dates.

Where is the current Web App?
EA’s current Help guide is for the EA SPORTS FC 27 Web and Companion Apps. EA says the FC 27 Web App went online on September 16, 2026, and that the apps became FC 27-only starting September 17, 2026. EA Help: Web and Companion Apps for EA SPORTS FC 27.

No. EA’s sunset notice says the FUT 23 Web App went offline and that the apps moved on to EA SPORTS FC. An old bookmark, a FIFA 23 game copy, or the Companion App does not reinstate the discontinued FIFA 23 service or its transfer market.
