You buy the Drying Rack from Oscar at the Warehouse for $250, and you need to have reached Hustler III first. The rack is an in-game item for processing organic products such as weed and coca leaves, not a household drying rack.
Steps to buy the Drying Rack
- Raise your rank to Hustler III. Community sources say the rack unlocks at this rank, and the rank requirement is the one thing you must meet before the purchase is offered.
- Go to the Warehouse and find Oscar, who sells the rack.
- Make sure you have $250 in cash. That is the listed price in the item database and in the 2026 community guide.
- Buy the Drying Rack and place it in your base to use it for drying organic products.
What the Drying Rack does
The item database describes the Drying Rack as equipment that improves the quality of organic in-game items, and it names weed and coca leaves as examples. The database entry lists the price and function but does not show the seller or the rank requirement, so those two details come from community sources rather than the item listing itself.
How reliable the seller and rank details are
The clearest statement of the purchase path is a Steam Community reply by user Finnan: “Drying Racks are unlocked at Hustler III level and you buy them from Oscar at the warehouse.” This is a player post, not a statement from the developer, so treat it as a strong community answer rather than official documentation.
A Steam guide marked “UPDATED 2026” gives the same $250 price and the Hustler III requirement. It is maintained by the community, not the developer. PC Gamer’s 2026 mushroom equipment guide also lists the Drying Rack at $250 at Oscar’s Store, but it does not confirm the rank threshold.

An April 12, 2025 third-party walkthrough describes the same route (go to the Warehouse, find Oscar, pay $250) with extra detail on hours, map directions and interaction steps. Because it is older and those extra details are not confirmed by the newer sources, use it only as background.
Capacity claim
A 2025 game guide says one rack holds up to 20 buds or coca leaves. This comes from a single source and may be out of date, so do not rely on it when planning a production run. Test the rack in your own game if the exact capacity matters to you.

- If Oscar’s option is missing, check that your rank is Hustler III. The purchase is tied to that rank in the community sources.
- If you are at the Warehouse but do not see the rack, confirm you are talking to Oscar and not another seller, since the sources name him specifically.
- If you have less than $250, the rack costs the full amount listed; no discount is reported in the sources.
The Bottom Line
Reach Hustler III, go to the Warehouse, buy the Drying Rack from Oscar for $250.
