Open it with a text command
Enter /commandpanel in chat to open or close the panel. The shorter /cmdpanel command is an alias. Square Enix lists both in its text-command database, whose entry displays Version: Patch 7.56.
What the Command Panel is for
Added in Patch 7.4, the Command Panel holds actions and commands in collapsible panels. It offers another place for occasional-use shortcuts—such as mounts, gear sets, and emotes—without filling regular hotbars or adding more clutter to the HUD. Square Enix describes the feature on its Patch 7.4 feature page.
#1 Best Overall
- Adventure awaits you beyond the horizon in FINAL FANTASY XIV.
- This product is a digital 60-Day Game Time Card for FINAL FANTASY XIV Online. It serves as a payment option that allows players to add 60 days of game time to their FFXIV account at the Standard subscription rate, subject to account limits. Both the game and game time are required to play.
- This product can be redeemed on service accounts registered with the Windows, Mac, PlayStation, or Steam versions of FINAL FANTASY XIV Online. However, it cannot be redeemed on service accounts that have only the XBOX or Nintendo Switch 2 versions registered.
There are four panels with 25 slots each, for 100 slots total. The Patch 7.4 notes do not say that individual Command Panel slots can be keybound.
