Where to find RadAway in Fallout 76
The Fallout Wiki lists these reported fixed pickups for regular RadAway. Treat them as places to check, not guaranteed spawns: availability may vary, and the reference may not reflect every game update.

Can you buy RadAway?
Medical supplies vending machines are listed as a source, but the available reference does not identify every machine or confirm current stock. Bethesda says NPC vendors sell items for caps and are typically found at train stations, though some are elsewhere or roam. Check a vendor’s inventory in game rather than relying on a particular location to have RadAway. Bethesda Support explains how NPC vendors work.

How to craft RadAway
To craft regular RadAway, you need to know Recipe: RadAway and use a chemistry station. The Fallout Wiki lists the following ingredients for one RadAway:

Recipe: RadAway is reported to appear in mirror containers in any region; the recipe reference also lists quest, event or activity, and daily or repeatable reward routes. It names the MODUS medical terminal at the Whitespring bunker as a vendor. These sources do not establish current reward-table availability, so check the recipe’s in-game listing.
