For regular radscorpions, start at Carleton Mine or Smith farm in Appalachia. For Burning Radscorpions, head to World of Corn or Hocking Hills Little League Field in Burning Springs. The Sinkhole Solutions event at Scorpion Lake is another strong option: activate its stomper to draw radscorpions and stingwings out of their dens. Some sites have chance-based spawns, so a location may be empty on a given visit.

Use Sinkhole Solutions at Scorpion Lake
When the Sinkhole Solutions event is available, go to Scorpion Lake and activate the stomper. The event objective draws radscorpions and stingwings out of their dens, making it a useful way to encounter multiple enemies.
