Which Ubisoft games have cross-progression?
Ubisoft’s support pages and announcements confirm cross-progression in the games below. The details differ: some sources specify platform pairings or transferable content, while others confirm the feature without a full compatibility matrix.

How to check whether your platforms share progress
Ubisoft’s general guidance says a Ubisoft account is required. Progress can be accessed on a platform linked to that account where you own the game; buying it on one platform does not necessarily grant access on another.
- Check the game’s Ubisoft support page for cross-progression support.
- Verify that the source and destination platforms are included. Support for one platform pairing does not establish support for another.
- Sign in with the same Ubisoft account and link the relevant platform accounts as required.
- Confirm you own the game on the destination platform.
- Review which saves, purchases, currencies and items are eligible to transfer; exclusions vary by game.

What cross-progression does—and does not—mean
It is different from crossplay
Crossplay lets players on different platforms play together. Cross-progression lets a player continue saved progress or access eligible content across supported platforms. A game can support one, both or neither for a particular platform pair. Rainbow Six Siege has separate Ubisoft guidance explaining its crossplay and cross-progression features; see the Y7S4 Crossplay Update for its 2022 feature announcement.
Cross-game rewards are not shared saves
Ubisoft’s March 2026 Division cross-game rewards promotion offered specified rewards in The Division 2 for playing The Division Resurgence, and vice versa. It was a limited-time promotion; it did not establish that the games share character saves or progression.

Link accounts carefully
Ubisoft says platform accounts can be linked through the linked-accounts section of a Ubisoft account or through Ubisoft Connect in a game. Linking or unlinking can affect games and subscriptions, and unlinking a platform can remove access to content bought through that platform’s store. Do not unlink accounts casually to troubleshoot; review Ubisoft’s account-linking guidance first.
