If you mean the pink character with a bow, you’re probably thinking of Birdo, who is a separate character—not a Yoshi.
Is there a female Yoshi character?
Nintendo’s official Super Mario character page describes Yoshi as Mario’s dependable companion from Yoshi’s Island. Its English description uses “he” for Yoshi, but it does not identify a separate character called “girl Yoshi” or define the gender of every Yoshi.
The familiar Yoshi is green, but Nintendo says Yoshis may also be red, blue, pink, or yellow. Color alone does not mean that a Yoshi is a different named character or establish its gender.
Is the pink character with a bow Yoshi?
If you mean the pink, bow-wearing character, the likely answer is Birdo. Nintendo lists Birdo and Yoshi separately on its Mario Party Superstars character page, identifying them as distinct characters. So Birdo is not a female Yoshi.

Why do different Yoshis look or act differently?
Yoshis can vary in color, and some games feature specialized Yoshi forms. The New Super Mario Bros. U manual, for example, describes Balloon, Bubble, and Glowing Baby Yoshis, each with a distinct gameplay ability. Those are game-specific types, not evidence of a character officially named “girl Yoshi.”
Yoshi’s familiar abilities also help identify the character: Nintendo says Yoshi uses a long tongue to eat fruit and enemies, which can be turned into eggs to throw.
