The 100-Robux reward may be unavailable in your Microsoft Rewards catalog, or redemption may be blocked by a region or phone-verification issue. The deciding check is your signed-in Rewards Redeem page: public listings do not confirm what is available to your account. Microsoft also says some gift cards are not always available and does not give a restock date.
Why the 100-Robux reward may not be available
Rewards catalogs vary by region and account
Microsoft says Rewards offers vary by country and instructs members to redeem in the region where they enrolled. Being in a supported Rewards region does not guarantee that a particular Roblox reward appears in that market or on your account. Check Microsoft’s redemption guidance and list of Rewards regions.
A public listing is not a promise of current availability
An indexed Microsoft Rewards page titled “Free Roblox Digital Card—100 Robux” shows that the offer has appeared in a catalog context. Other indexed pages list 840 or 1,050 Robux at different point prices. These examples are not a universal price list or proof that the 100-Robux card is currently redeemable by you. Use the amount and cost shown in your own dashboard.
The offer may be temporarily absent
Microsoft says, “Some gift cards aren’t always available through Microsoft Rewards – check back often!” Its support guidance also says support advocates cannot provide timing for when a card will be restocked or removed. If the item is missing, the available information does not establish whether it was permanently removed or when it might return. See Microsoft Rewards help.

What to check before redeeming
- Open your account’s catalog. Sign in to the Microsoft account connected to Rewards and inspect the current Redeem page. Microsoft says eligible rewards are shown there.
- Match your location to your enrolled region. Redeem in the same market where you signed up. Do not use a VPN or proxy to disguise your location. If Microsoft identifies travel or a different market, its guidance is to wait until you return to your home region.
- Review phone verification. Use a mobile or landline number, not a VoIP number. Microsoft notes that a number may be limited by how many household Rewards accounts use it. If you have made too many failed verification attempts, wait 48 hours before trying again.
- Check Order History if points were deducted. If you already placed an order, look in Microsoft Rewards Order History for its details and any code or link.
- Contact Rewards Support if the issue remains. Include the exact error message and your account’s market context. Public guidance cannot determine account-specific availability or provide a date for an offer’s return.
If you need Robux while the offer is missing
A Roblox retail code is a separate, paid purchase—not a way to redeem Microsoft Rewards points. Roblox says codes can be bought from physical or online retailers and redeemed in a browser at roblox.com/redeem. Its documented Party Pack contains 25 physical gift cards, each redeemable for 200 Robux, so it is not a like-for-like replacement for a 100-Robux Rewards offer. Check that a seller is authorized and serves your region; retailer stock and current availability are not established here. See Roblox’s Retail Codes guidance and U.S. gift-card terms.
