Are the Version 3.3 banners confirmed?
No banner lineup or phase dates are confirmed in the reviewed Version 3.3 announcement. HoYoverse’s Version 3.3 “Journey to the Sky” Special Program announcement, posted October 5, 2026, schedules the livestream for October 9 at 19:30 UTC+8 and promises an exclusive redemption code. It teases story appearances but does not name banner channels or dates. Treat characters mentioned in teaser material as unconfirmed for banners until an official channel notice or the program announces them.
How Agent, W-Engine, and Bangboo channels differ
Signal Search separates these pulls into distinct channel types. The Icy Veins channel guide explains that Exclusive Channels are for Agents, W-Engine Channels are for W-Engines, and S-Rank Bangboo are obtained through the Bangboo Channel. S-Rank Agents are not obtained on W-Engine Channels, and S-Rank W-Engines are not obtained on Exclusive Channels. For current drop-rate details, consult Signal Search in-game.
Why banner countdowns differ by region
HoYoverse labels the Phase II schedule in server time. The Prydwen banner tracker offers NA, EU, and Asia server selectors, and its countdown follows the selected server. A countdown displayed for one server may therefore map to a different local-clock time than a player expects elsewhere. Use the tracker with the correct region or rely on the in-game channel timer rather than assuming a single local end time.
Previous Phase I banners
For context only, the Version 3.2 Phase I schedule ran from September 8 to September 30, 2026, according to the Icy Veins guide. It featured Claret and Nangong Yu on Agent channels, and Crimson Thirst and Neon Fantasies on W-Engine channels. Those are past banners, not current recommendations.
