Alice is an S-rank Physical Anomaly agent from Spook Shack. Her combat value centers on applying Physical Anomaly and adding damage while an enemy is affected by it. For teams, prioritize allies who help apply Anomaly and support Alice’s burst windows; there is no established, universally best Version 2.1 lineup.
How Alice’s kit works
Prydwen classifies Alice as an S-rank Physical Anomaly agent and a member of Spook Shack. Its guide describes her Core Passive as adding damage while an enemy is suffering Physical Anomaly, with the additional damage tied to the original Physical Anomaly damage. That makes the status effect central to her value: Alice wants enemies to be afflicted so she can exploit the resulting damage opportunity.
A creator guide published around Version 2.1 characterizes Alice as a burst-focused Anomaly main DPS. It describes building Blade Etiquette and charging an attack to trigger Assault or Disorder, including interactions with Physical Anomaly. This is secondary guide context, not an official HoYoverse kit specification; it does not establish exact numerical mechanics or a universal rotation.
Choosing teammates for Alice
Use the teammates available on your account and weigh three practical factors: how reliably they apply Anomaly, whether they contribute to Alice’s burst-focused play, and whether their role suits the encounter and the rest of your roster. The evidence supports those comparisons, not a fixed ranking.

- Anomaly application: Alice’s described passive rewards enemies affected by Physical Anomaly, so consider how a prospective ally contributes to applying Anomaly.
- Burst support: Prefer a lineup that lets Alice capitalize on her burst windows rather than one that competes with her for the team’s focus.
- Roster and content fit: Account for the agents you own and the needs of the content you are tackling; the named synergy options are possibilities, not requirements.
Later synergy options—not a launch-version ranking
Prydwen’s team and synergy section, marked Patch 2.5, names Vivian, Burnice, Yanagi, and Grace as potential options because of their Anomaly application. These are later team suggestions, not proof of the definitive Version 2.1 team. The available guide material does not provide a complete ranked lineup or enough detail to prescribe a precise rotation.

Version 2.1 is the historical release frame for Alice’s launch-era context. HoYoverse’s first-phase channel notice described a period beginning with the update and ending August 6, 2025, server time; its increased-rate channel featured Yuzuha and the A-rank agents Piper and Billy. Those banner dates are past and do not indicate current availability.
The Version 2.1 update-details guide listed Alice’s Sea of Thyme outfit as having a limited-time sale from August 6, 2025 through the end of Version 2.1. That promotion has ended; the historical notice does not establish whether the outfit is currently obtainable.
