How many free pulls did the launch campaign offer?
HoYoverse’s June 2024 announcement said players could “Log in for 30 free pulls.” It also advertised a maximum of up to 100 free pulls and 80 Boopons through relevant events, alongside other rewards including A-Rank Agents. The larger figures were a promotional maximum tied to the launch campaign, not a guarantee that every account received that amount or that the rewards remain claimable. The announcement is available in the official release notice.
There is no established October 2026 total here for a new account or a complete list of active events. Check current in-game event notices for rewards available to your account rather than treating the launch figures as current.

When could players preload the game?
The original pre-download began on July 2, 2024, two days before the Version 1.0 launch. HoYoverse’s July 2 pre-download notice confirmed that it was available for PC, Android, iOS and PlayStation 5.
Pre-download windows and storage requirements change with each update. For example, the official Version 3.1 pre-download notice gave a July 27–29, 2026 window (UTC+8), before maintenance for that update ended. That is an example of a later patch schedule, not a current preload window. Check the notice for the specific version you plan to install.

What platforms is Zenless Zone Zero on?
The original launch notices listed PC, Android, iOS and PlayStation 5. Steam arrived later: an official Steam announcement says the game launched there following Version 3.0 on June 17, 2026, with HoYoverse ID login and progress linkage.
