If your Final Fantasy XI Repeat Login Campaign points are missing, first check the balance on the specific character that logged in, then confirm the login fell within the campaign’s point-earning dates. Points are tracked per character, and the earning period can end before the separate exchange period. If those checks do not explain the balance, review the login/reset timing and the award rules in effect for the campaign.
Check the affected character’s point balance
Login Campaign points are tracked separately for each character, not as one shared account balance. Check the character you expected to earn points; another character’s total will not confirm whether that character received an award. Square Enix’s archived campaign guidance describes the per-character balance.
Confirm the login happened during the earning period
Campaign notices distinguish the dates when points can be earned from the later dates when points can be exchanged. A redemption window remaining open does not necessarily mean new points are still accruing. Past player discussions document this source of confusion; they illustrate the issue, but do not establish the cause of every missing balance. See the archived discussions at Square Enix’s FFXI forum and FFXIAH’s archived forum discussion.
Use the current campaign announcement to verify its exact earning dates. The available historical material does not establish the active October 2026 campaign dates.

Check whether the character stayed logged in across the reset
Archived campaign instructions say that points were automatically awarded on the first login of the day. In a July 9, 2013 forum reply, Community Team representative Devin “Camate” Casadey wrote, “As BST has indicated above, all you need to do is log in to the game and you will automatically receive points.” That is historical guidance, not a guarantee about every current campaign.
The same archived guidance says that a character left logged in across the daily reset might not receive the next automatic award until the player logged out and back in. It cites 8:00 a.m. PDT as the reset time for that historical campaign; do not assume that time applies today. Check the active campaign notice for its reset timing, then log out and back in if the character remained online through it.

Reconcile the expected total with the award schedule
Square Enix’s November 10, 2025 (JST) update specified this award schedule. It is the latest located schedule, not confirmation of the live October 2026 rules. Read the November 2025 update.
| Login count | Points awarded under the November 2025 update |
|---|---|
| 1–14 | 50 points per login |
| 15 | 500 points |
| 16 onward | 100 points per login |
If your expected total assumed a different schedule, recalculate it against the schedule stated in the current campaign notice. The November 2025 update also changed the point cost for some exchange tiers, so a balance that buys fewer items than expected may reflect exchange costs rather than missing awards.

Account for points carried over from the prior month
Square Enix’s October 2025 notice announced that the carryover cap for the following month would change from 1,500 to 700 points; the November 2025 notice repeated the 700-point cap. This can make a new month’s starting balance lower than the prior month’s closing balance. Treat 700 as the documented November 2025 rule, not a confirmed current cap.
