Final Fantasy XI awards Login Campaign points automatically the first time each character logs in on a campaign day. Under the schedule Square Enix published in November 2025, you earn 50 points on each of logins 1–14, 500 on login 15, and 100 for every login from 16 onward. You can carry up to 700 points into the next month, so check the current campaign’s rewards and costs before deciding what to spend.
How to earn Login Campaign points
There is no activation NPC step to receive points: they are added automatically when a character first logs in for the day. Each character keeps its own point total, so logging in on one character does not add points to another.
If a character remains logged in across the daily reset, log out and back in after the reset to trigger that day’s award. An official forum answer from 2013 gives the reset as 8:00 a.m. PDT, but that old time should not be treated as a current confirmation; check the active campaign notice for applicable timing. Current point schedule and carryover cap
Square Enix revised the monthly progression in its November 10, 2025 version update. The point totals are:

| Login in the campaign month | Points earned |
|---|---|
| 1–14 | 50 per login |
| 15 | 500 |
| 16 and onward | 100 per login |
The maximum that carries into the following month is 700 points, down from the former 1,500-point cap. Treat 700 as a ceiling, not as extra points awarded: check your balance before the month changes, because points above the cap will not carry forward under the published rule. Confirm the active campaign notice in case Square Enix has announced a newer adjustment. November 10, 2025 version update.
What to spend points on
The reward lineup rotates, so the live campaign notice and the in-game exchange interface are the authority for what is currently available and its cost. Compare each item’s listed cost with what you already own and what you actually plan to use; an inexpensive item is not automatically a better choice if it duplicates something in your collection.

October 2026 examples
For October 2026, Producer/Director Yoji Fujito named furnishings, alter egos, and the Ilm Weskit as campaign rewards. The update also named Cipher: Koru-Moru, Cipher: Sakura, Cipher: S. Sibyl, Cipher: Luzaf, and Cipher: Uka among alter ego ciphers available for 5 points each. Those are dated examples, not a guarantee that the same items or prices will appear in a later campaign. Past reward types have also included companion whistles, such as Tiger, Crab, Bomb, Crawler, and Byakko. Their appearance in reward history does not mean they are currently exchangeable. Official Login Campaign reward reference, updated February 10, 2026.

A practical way to plan your points
- Choose the characters you intend to maintain. Since balances are character-specific, focus your daily logins on characters whose rewards or collections matter to you.
- Log in once after the daily reset. If the character stayed online across the reset, log out and back in to receive that day’s points. Use the active notice to verify campaign timing.
- Check the live reward list before spending. Confirm the exact item and current point cost in the campaign notice or exchange interface; a previous month’s lineup is not a reliable catalog for this month.
- Review your balance before rollover. Because only up to 700 points carry into the next month under the 2025 rules, spend strategically if your balance exceeds that amount and a current reward is worthwhile.
What the published campaign details do not establish
The October 2026 announcement identifies examples, not a full exchange catalog. It does not establish every available item or price, the exchange NPC’s location, or the campaign’s complete deadline details. Use the current official campaign announcement and the in-game exchange interface rather than relying on guessed directions or an older reward list.
