The Lost Mausoleum is inside the Krypt’s Shao Kahn’s Tomb. Go to the Hall of Betrayal at coordinates (0,19), bring Raiden’s Staff, and use it there when the Krypt clock reaches 7:00.
How to reach the Lost Mausoleum
- Progress through the Krypt until you can enter Shao Kahn’s Tomb.
- Make your way to the Hall of Betrayal. Its access point is at Krypt coordinates (0,19).
- Have Raiden’s Staff in your inventory. At the Hall of Betrayal access point, use the staff when the Krypt clock reaches 7:00 to open the entrance. The location and required item are listed in GameFAQs’ Mortal Kombat X guide and the Steam Krypt walkthrough.
When does the entrance open?
Wait for 7:00 on the Krypt clock before trying the access point. GameFAQs describes an access window of 7:00–1:15, while the Steam walkthrough and XboxAchievements’ walkthrough identify the 7:00 trigger without establishing the same closing time. Since the guides do not agree on the window’s endpoint, use 7:00 as the reliable practical cue rather than relying on a specific closing boundary.

What is inside the Lost Mausoleum?
The area contains Krypt unlockables. Published reward lists include examples such as brutalities, concept art, music, an alternate costume, and a skip-fight award; these are examples, not a complete inventory. See the Prima Games Krypt guide, MKSecrets reward listings, and the Mortal Kombat X Krypt map for reward and map references.
