This is a Light projection, not necessarily the same Lady Liadrin NPC a particular quest asks you to find.
Where to find the Image of Lady Liadrin
Go to the Bazaar in Silvermoon City and use coordinates 46.6, 80.2. Warcraft Wiki lists the Image of Lady Liadrin at that location and describes her as a projection of Lady Liadrin made of pure Light: Warcraft Wiki’s Image of Lady Liadrin entry.
This is the Midnight-era Silvermoon waypoint. Blizzard describes Silvermoon as a rebuilt city and a hub for both factions in its Silvermoon overview; its Midnight zone overview identifies Silvermoon as the capital of Eversong Woods. Neither official page specifies the Bazaar coordinates.
Why the quest target may be somewhere else
A quest objective involving an “Image of Lady Liadrin” can refer to the projection, while a quest-specific appearance may be a different NPC instance or phase. Wowhead’s Midnight quest listing identifies an objective to locate an Image of Lady Liadrin and includes Silvermoon City among the relevant locations.
#1 Best Overall
If the Bazaar projection is not the NPC your quest requires, follow the quest objective and check your quest progression and current phase. A Blizzard forum thread about “A Call for Aid” includes one player’s report of a quest-specific Liadrin near a funeral rite area at approximately 43.73, 68.29; another player reported that the NPC still did not appear. Treat those coordinates as an anecdotal troubleshooting clue, not a general location or guaranteed fix: Blizzard forum discussion.
