Where to find the three missing blocks
After completing the Head statue Genesis configurations, pass through the opened gate and follow the route to the well. Unfold the crumpled paper beside its gold slot; it shows the image you need to recreate.
- Wooden gazebo: Turn around from the well and take the left path uphill. A suspended cultist at the gazebo holds the first block.
- Small pier: Pull the boat in with the mooring bollard to reach the second block.
- Children’s play park: Find the final block with the cultist on the merry-go-round.
Expect enemy encounters after retrieving blocks, as the return route can involve combat. The locations and sequence are described in the GamesRadar+ well-puzzle walkthrough.
How to arrange the blocks at the well
- Return to the well and insert the three collected blocks into the gold slot. One block is already there, so the puzzle uses four blocks in total.
- Rotate the blocks until each section matches the corresponding part of the unfolded sketch beside the well.
- Check the completed image for all four identifying details below. The well opens when the whole image matches.
What the completed image should show
- Smoke-like clouds above two box-like buildings.
- Smoke-like clouds, one small box-like building in the distance, and an H-shaped path in the foreground.
- Smoke-like clouds crossed by a large V shape.
- Smoke-like clouds with two tall tower-like buildings on the right.
Match the sections to the paper rather than relying only on their order in this list. The walkthrough describes the images but does not specify button inputs or a platform-specific rotation sequence, so the exact controls depend on the game’s on-screen prompts.

What happens when the puzzle is solved?

The block arrangement is part of a sequence of statue-piece puzzles. PlayStation Blog’s overview of Hellraiser: Revival’s puzzles identifies the game as a first-person survival-horror title coming to PS5 on October 8. The well solution itself is a direct progression gate: open it to retrieve the Tongue statue piece.
