East and West Limgrave contain caves, catacombs, tunnels, ruins and other optional sites—but not every map pin is a dungeon. The locations below are the ones for which the available guides provide useful directions or reward details; they are not a boundary-checked inventory of every dungeon in both regions.
For navigation, clear map fog to reveal discovered markers, then place a beacon to follow a destination on your compass and in the world. Bandai Namco’s exploration overview distinguishes cave, tunnel and catacomb icons and treats those three types as mini-dungeons.
How to use this Limgrave location guide
Use the landmarks below to find specific sites, but check their placement against the in-game map if you need a strict East-versus-West list. A regional roundup names a mixture of dungeons and points of interest, while another guide uses the broader label “Limgrave” and includes some edge locations without establishing that they fall inside East or West Limgrave. The sources do not confirm a complete, boundary-checked list.
Bandai Namco describes caves, tunnels and catacombs as mini-dungeons with a boss and a reward at the end. Their general purposes differ: caves are short and rich in gatherable crafting materials, tunnels contain Smithing Stones, and catacombs are trap-heavy and offer Glovewort for spirit upgrades. These are useful expectations, not a substitute for checking a particular dungeon’s reward.

Other named sites are not all dungeons
A regional roundup also names Dragon-Burnt Ruins, Mistwood Ruins, Summonwater Village and Waypoint Ruins. These are ruins or other points of interest, not automatically cave, tunnel or catacomb dungeons. The roundup’s search excerpt does not provide enough detail to verify a dungeon type, boss and reward for each, so they are not presented as confirmed dungeon entries here.
The roundup names Deathtouched Catacombs and PC Gamer names Highroad Cave as well. PC Gamer places Deathtouched Catacombs on Stormhill and gives Highroad Cave a route north along the river from Murkwater Catacombs to the sea. The available sources do not establish that either belongs within an East/West Limgrave-only inventory, so their rewards are omitted from the regional list rather than assigned by inference.

Choose a destination by reward
- For Smithing Stones: go to Limgrave Tunnels.
- For a named talisman: Groveside Cave has the Flamedrake Talisman; Fringefolk Hero’s Grave lists Erdtree’s Favour.
- For a spirit summon: Fringefolk Hero’s Grave lists Banished Knight Oleg; Stormfoot Catacombs lists Noble Sorcerer’s Ashes.
- For tailoring items: Coastal Cave lists Tailoring Tools.
- For clothing: Murkwater Cave lists Cloth Garb and Cloth Trousers.
Finding dungeon markers on the map
- Open the map after exploring enough to clear fog and reveal discovered markers.
- Look for the distinct cave, tunnel or catacomb icon rather than assuming every ruin or point-of-interest marker is a dungeon.
- Select the destination and place a beacon; follow it on the compass and in the world as you approach.
These map and beacon functions are described in Bandai Namco’s official overview. Use the in-game map to confirm regional boundaries when a guide gives only a broad “Limgrave” location.
