Where to find the High Halls secret room
Use the map-and-elevator area in High Halls as your landmark. Player reports place the route in a nearby cart room, above that section and on the approach to the gauntlet. How to reach the hidden passage
- Find the cart room near the map and elevator. Look for a movable cart in the seemingly empty area.
- Move the cart beneath the water drip. Position it so you can use it to reach the opening where water falls from above.
- Jump into the opening. Players describe jumping from the cart into a concealed upper passage. One player specifically mentions using double jump; treat that as a reported route requirement, not an officially confirmed ability check.
- Continue to the next room and use its cart. The route described by players leads to another movable cart, which helps you reach a breakable ceiling.
- Break through and destroy the silk bundle. The bundle is in the upper room beyond the ceiling. A Steam Community route guide gives the same broad sequence: cart, dripping water, secret area, second cart, breakable ceiling, and silk.
What destroying the silk bundle changes
Players report that destroying the bundle stops silk-stealer enemies—also called Clawmaidens in these discussions—from appearing. One reply says this affects their appearances in Choral Chambers as well. Another player links the action to completing the Clawmaiden Hunter’s Journal entry. A gameplay-video description identifying the room as a Clawmaiden secret supports the general connection, but does not establish the precise conditions or extent of the effect.
