Ubisoft’s campaign instructions do provide a clear checklist: confirm both account links, watch an eligible stream, claim the Drop on Twitch, then log into the game on the linked platform.
Has Ubisoft confirmed an upcoming fix?
Not in a primary Ubisoft statement located by the available reporting. A May 15, 2026 MacMyths article reported that Ubisoft had an upcoming fix, but the claim was not substantiated there with a surfaced primary statement. A recap of an April developer stream said the team was investigating rewards missing from an earlier campaign and might grant them broadly if it could not resolve the issue. That is not confirmation that a fix shipped, or that missing rewards have been restored. MacMyths report April stream recap

Ubisoft’s news listing announced a Legacy Twitch Drops campaign running October 6–13, 2026, with Legacy Twitch Drops Caches and rewards from past campaigns. The announcement confirms the campaign window; it does not say that it restores any particular player’s previously missing reward. Ubisoft news listing
Check these steps if a Division 2 Drop is missing
Ubisoft’s campaign pages describe the following process. These are account and claim checks, not a guarantee that an already-claimed reward will arrive or that an ongoing delivery problem is fixed.

- The Gold Edition includes the base game, Year 1 Pass, steel book, and three-day early access to the game.
- Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is an online action-shooter RPG experience, where exploration and player progression are essential.
- Save a country on the brink of collapse as you explore an open, dynamic, and hostile world in Washington, DC.
- Fight together with your friends in online co-op or against others in competitive P2P.
- Choose a unique class specialization to take on the toughest challenges with friends in a genre-defining endgame.
- Check the Twitch-to-Ubisoft link. Sign in to the Twitch account you used to watch and confirm it is linked to the Ubisoft Connect account you use for the game. Ubisoft’s instruction is: “Log into your Twitch account and make sure it’s linked to your Ubisoft Connect account.” Ubisoft Red Horizon campaign instructions
- Check the linked platform account. Make sure the correct PC, PlayStation, Xbox, or other preferred platform account is connected to that Ubisoft Connect account. If you use multiple accounts, verify the one on which you expect to receive the item.
- Confirm the stream was eligible and the requirement was met. The stream must be a drop-enabled The Division 2 stream. Ubisoft says watch time can stack across multiple channels, but the campaign page does not establish that watching an ineligible stream counts.
- Check Twitch for the claim. Watching alone is not the final step: when the Drop becomes available, claim it directly on Twitch. Ubisoft’s wording is: “When a drop becomes available, claim it directly on Twitch.” Ubisoft campaign instructions
- Launch the game on the intended platform. After claiming, log into The Division 2 using the preferred platform account linked to Ubisoft Connect. Ubisoft says to do this “to ensure your item is correctly delivered there.” Ubisoft campaign instructions
What to do if Twitch says the Drop was claimed
If Twitch shows the Drop as claimed but it is absent in game, recheck that the Twitch account and the game platform account are both linked to the same Ubisoft Connect account, then log into the game on that platform. The official campaign instructions support those checks, but the available sources do not give a reliable delivery-time estimate, a confirmed recovery process for already-claimed missing rewards, or a verified status for the reported fix. Avoid assuming that a later campaign will automatically grant the missing item.
