How to start playing JioGames Cloud
Choose the setup for your device. Jio’s support FAQ, accessed October 10, 2026, describes these options; availability and app details may change.
Computer
- Open cloudplay.jiogames.com in Google Chrome.
- Sign in with your JioGames account.
- Choose a cloud game and play with a keyboard and mouse or a compatible controller.
Android phone
- Install the JioGames app and sign in.
- Open Cloud Games, select a game, and start playing.
iPhone or iPad
- Open the JioGames app and sign in.
- Find the cloud games section and choose a title.
Jio lists iOS access through its app, but the cited FAQ does not establish specific iPhone or iPad model compatibility.
Supported TV
- Open the JioGames app on a supported Jio Set-Top Box or Android TV.
- Sign in to your account.
- Connect a compatible controller, then select a game.
What “500+ games” and “free” mean
Jio’s support FAQ says its cloud library has over 500 games and that new titles are added weekly. That count is for the cloud library; it does not establish that every cloud-streamed game is free. Jio Platforms Limited’s Google Play listing, updated September 28, 2026, separately advertises 250+ free instant games and describes streaming PC and console games. These are distinct catalogs and should not be treated as interchangeable.

To check the current cost of a cloud title, look at the offer shown in the JioGames app. Jio says subscriptions can be activated there using UPI or Jio recharge packs, but the cited FAQ does not provide a complete current tariff schedule. Pass names, prices, and offers can change.
Internet speed and connection advice
JioGames support publishes 40 Mbps as the minimum connection speed and recommends 100 Mbps or more. It also recommends 5 GHz Wi-Fi or 5G; lower speeds may cause lag or disconnections. These are Jio’s guidance, not an independent performance test or a guarantee that a connection will be smooth.

- Use a stable connection and, where available, 5 GHz Wi-Fi or 5G.
- If play lags or disconnects, check your connection stability and speed before changing game settings.
- Remember that a suitable speed alone does not guarantee performance; connection quality can affect play.
Account and controller requirements
A Jio SIM is not required if you have a stable internet connection. Jio says one subscription can be used on supported devices after signing in with the account credentials, but each account is intended for one user.
Jio says wired and wireless controllers are supported across desktop, mobile, and TV, and provides a compatibility list. Compatibility for any particular brand or model is not established here, so check that list before buying or troubleshooting a controller. On a computer, Jio also specifies Chrome and supports keyboard and mouse input.
