To complete Palia’s Adventure on the Horizon, speak with Auni at your housing plot, travel to the hidden cave in the Elderwood, and meet Auni and Nai’o inside. Continue through the water-symbol door, solve the Shipwreck Cave sliding puzzle, use the Pirate Map to open the treasure chest, then return to Auni and Nai’o. Completing the quest rewards the Prismbeard’s Lamp Recipe and friendship with both characters; Prismbeard’s Lost Treasure follows.
How to start Adventure on the Horizon
Speak with Auni on your housing plot to begin this Discovery Quest. Its objectives take place in a hidden cave in the Elderwood, rather than around Jina or the Kilima ruins.
Where to find the Elderwood cave
The walkthrough places the cave at map coordinate D8 in the Elderwood. It recommends fast-traveling from Central Stables to De Mer Dock, then walking to the cave entrance. The coordinate and route come from the Official Palia Wiki’s quest walkthrough; check your map and quest marker as you approach.

Travel to the Elderwood cave. Head to D8. For the suggested approach, fast-travel from Central Stables to De Mer Dock and continue on foot.

Meet Auni and Nai’o inside. Enter the hidden cave and follow the tunnel until you find them.

Continue to the water-symbol door. Go farther into the cave and speak with Auni and Nai’o again, then enter the door marked with a water symbol behind them.

Return to Auni and Nai’o. Talk with them to finish the quest. The next quest is Prismbeard’s Lost Treasure.
