Use these commands when the DLL error appears alongside failed Windows updates, crashes in multiple programs, or other signs of Windows component corruption:

If reinstalling the driver does not help
Work through these checks:
- Confirm that the printer model is correct.
- Confirm that the selected package matches Windows 10 or Windows 11.
