Complete two Expeditions to unlock the Dresser, then use it in Roundtable Hold’s east wing—or the reported Change Garb option in the map menu—to equip outfits for your current Nightfarer. Standard Dawn and Darkness outfits are bought with Murk, Remembrance outfits come from character Remembrances, and Dark Souls crossover outfits require a late-game Nightlord chain.
This guide covers the 48-outfit base-game inventory for eight Nightfarers reported by PowerPyx on May 29, 2025. Later patches or DLC may add more; the available sources do not establish a complete current DLC total.

How to unlock the outfit changer
- Complete two Expeditions.
- Return to Roundtable Hold.
- Go to the clothing chest and changing area in the east wing.
- Interact with the Dresser to select Change Garb for the Nightfarer you are currently using.
The location and two-Expedition requirement come from Bandai Namco and Future Press’s official starter-guide excerpt. PC Gamer also reports a Change Garb shortcut from the map menu: open the map and choose the appearance-change command when it is available on your interface.
Which Nightfarers can use outfits?
The official starter material identifies six initially available Nightfarers: Wylder, Ironeye, Recluse, Guardian, Executor and Raider. Duchess and Revenant become available through early progression and their stated unlock requirements. You must unlock a character before you can select that character’s garb; the official roster overview is in Bandai Namco’s starter guide.

The progression and Remembrance routes are described in the official starter guide. The Dawn, Darkness and Murk figures are guide-reported values from PC Gamer, not independent testing.
How to get the Dark Souls outfits
- Defeat four different Nightlords. The reported route includes Gladius during the first Expedition.
- After that chain is complete, start the Night Aspect expedition and defeat Heolstor.
- Return to Roundtable Hold.
- Open the Dresser/change-garb mirror and buy the crossover outfits that are now listed, at 7,500 Murk each according to PC Gamer.
Defeating only one Nightlord, or defeating the same Nightlord repeatedly, does not satisfy the reported four-distinct-Nightlord condition. The unlock sequence is detailed in PC Gamer’s Dark Souls outfit guide.

Its categories are the default, Dawn, Darkness, one Remembrance outfit and two character-specific or crossover choices.
