You can run a continuous Hindi bhajan stream without leaving a computer or OBS running at home: prepare a rights-cleared playlist, enable live streaming on your YouTube channel, then connect a cloud streaming service to YouTube with a stream key. The cloud service handles playback and reconnection; it does not grant music or video rights, guarantee YouTube monetization, or make a stream immune to interruption.
What you need before going live
- A verified YouTube channel that is eligible to livestream. YouTube currently requires channel verification, no live-streaming restrictions in the previous 90 days, and that the person livestreaming be at least 16. See YouTube’s live-streaming eligibility guidance.
- Bhajan audio, performances, artwork, and video that you created or have permission to use for a livestream on YouTube.
- A cloud service that supports continuous prerecorded streaming to YouTube, and access to the YouTube stream key or the service’s supported account-connection method.
- A clear title and description that tell viewers the channel is a continuous devotional music stream and whether its content is prerecorded.
A camera, microphone, or dedicated streaming computer is not required for a prerecorded cloud loop. YouTube offers several ways to go live, including encoder streaming; an encoder is useful for a continuous prerecorded broadcast because it sends the stream to YouTube.
Clear music and visual rights first
Do not assume that a bhajan is free to stream because it is devotional, traditional, available online, or covered by a license for a different use. The composition, a particular recording or performance, and accompanying images or video can have separate rights. Confirm that your permissions cover livestreaming on YouTube, the relevant territory, and any other intended use, and keep copies of licenses and correspondence.
YouTube says it scans live broadcasts for third-party matches, including copyrighted material in another live broadcast. If it detects a match, a placeholder may replace the stream; continued matched content can cause a temporary interruption or termination. A license alone may not prevent a Content ID interruption if the rights owner has not allowlisted your channel. Ask the rights holder to add the channel to its Content ID allowlist where applicable. Set up the channel and playlist
1. Verify livestream eligibility
In YouTube Studio, check that your channel is verified and can livestream. If live streaming has not previously been enabled, allow time for YouTube to activate it before your planned launch. Check for any active restriction rather than assuming a new streaming service can bypass one. YouTube’s current help page also states a limit of 10 active streams per channel and 3 per stream key; plan within those limits if you run multiple broadcasts.
2. Build a rights-cleared playlist
Choose the recordings and visuals you intend to loop, then check each item against your permissions. Keep a simple rights log with the track or asset, rights holder, permission or license, permitted platform and territory, livestream permission, and any Content ID allowlist confirmation. Remove anything whose status is unclear until you have resolved it.

3. Choose and test the cloud workflow
Before uploading valuable material, check the provider’s current supported file formats, upload and storage limits, reconnect behavior, stream-key handling, monitoring, support, billing, and cancellation terms. A provider’s description of automatic recovery is a service claim, not an independent uptime guarantee. Upload a short test playlist first and confirm the result in YouTube Studio.
Connect the cloud stream to YouTube
- Create the livestream in YouTube Studio. Open YouTube Studio, select Create > Go live, and set up the stream in Live Control Room. Choose the appropriate visibility for your test before publishing.
- Copy the stream key from Live Control Room. Treat it like a password: anyone who obtains it may be able to send a stream to your broadcast. Do not place it in a public description, screenshot, or shared document.
- Upload your playlist or recording to the cloud service. Use its playlist or looping controls for the devotional material you have cleared. Review how the service protects or stores the key before entering it.
- Connect the service to the YouTube stream. Enter the stream key in the service’s YouTube destination or encoder settings, following its current interface. If it offers an authorized account connection instead, review the requested access before approving it.
- Run a private or unlisted test. Start the cloud stream, then check the YouTube Live Control Room for a healthy incoming signal, picture and sound, and any copyright or policy notices. Let the test run long enough to see whether the playlist advances and the connection remains stable.
- Publish and monitor. Set the stream’s visibility and accurate title and description, then start the public broadcast. After launch, check both the service dashboard and Live Control Room periodically, especially after playlist changes or interruptions.
Present the stream accurately and protect the channel
Describe the broadcast as a continuous devotional music stream if the material is prerecorded; do not imply that a singer or musicians are performing live when they are not. A cloud service only transports and loops your media. You remain responsible for permissions, YouTube rules, and the accuracy of the stream’s presentation.

Do not treat a 24/7 loop as a promise of monetization or eligibility for YouTube’s Partner Program. Whether a particular channel and catalog meet YouTube’s current monetization policies depends on the channel and content. Review the current YouTube channel monetization policies, especially if tracks or visuals repeat, before building a business plan around ad revenue.
What to do when the stream stops or misbehaves
- YouTube shows no incoming signal: Confirm that the service is running, the correct stream key is attached to the intended broadcast, and the playlist is active. If you replace a key, update it in the service too.
- The stream is interrupted or replaced by a placeholder: Check Live Control Room for a copyright notice. Identify the matched audio or visual, stop or replace it if you lack the relevant rights, and contact the rights holder about permission and Content ID allowlisting if you are licensed.
- The service reconnects but YouTube remains offline: Check the service dashboard and YouTube’s Live Control Room for separate status messages. Verify the destination and key, then restart or reconnect using the provider’s current instructions. Recovery features can help with a dropped connection but do not guarantee uninterrupted broadcasting.
- The playlist does not advance or media is rejected: Check the provider’s current format and storage requirements, confirm that the upload completed, and test with a short supported file before replacing the full playlist.
- You cannot start a livestream: Recheck channel verification, live-stream enablement, and any restrictions on the channel. A cloud provider cannot remove a YouTube eligibility restriction.
