The official PlayStation listing confirms basic stick-sensitivity, inversion and remapping options, plus the ability to disable vibration and adaptive triggers—but publishes no recommended values. For graphics, the available official information does not establish a complete menu or platform-wide performance recipe. Start with small control adjustments, and treat visual-comfort options separately from frame-rate tuning.
What settings can you actually change?
PlayStation’s game listing identifies basic controller remapping, adjustable stick sensitivity and adjustable stick inversion. It also says the game can be played without controller vibration or adaptive trigger effects. These feature descriptions confirm that options exist, but they do not give menu paths, sensitivity scales, or a recommended setup. PlayStation’s feature listing
The listing also mentions high-contrast visuals, visual-comfort options, volume adjustment, mono and 3D audio, captions and subtitles, and adjustable difficulty and assists. Those can make play more comfortable or readable; their presence does not establish that they improve performance.
How to tune controller feel
- Start with the default layout. Change one option at a time so you can tell whether it helps.
- Adjust stick sensitivity in small steps. Aim for steering you can control through tight turns without needing uncomfortable stick movement. No official numeric range or target value has been published.
- Use inversion only if it matches your preference or access needs. The listing confirms inversion options but does not specify every axis or the exact in-game labels.
- Remap an awkward action if needed. The feature is described as basic remapping, so do not assume every control can be reassigned.
- Try disabling vibration or adaptive triggers if their feedback distracts you. GamesRadar+ noted trigger resistance during a pre-race start interaction in its October 2, 2026 review. That is one reviewer’s observation, not a latency test; the official listing does not say that turning the effect off changes input response. GamesRadar+ review
Graphics: separate comfort from performance
Use high contrast and visual-comfort options for readability or comfort if they help, but do not treat them as frame-rate switches. The official feature listing does not verify settings such as motion blur, ray tracing, DLSS or FSR, dynamic resolution, V-Sync, or console performance modes. Nor does it provide a complete graphics menu or platform-by-platform target frame rates. PlayStation feature listing

- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
One specific performance observation is available: TechRadar’s October 2, 2026 review of the PS5 version reports a smooth 60 fps experience on a base PS5. That is the reviewer’s report for that version and review build, not a guarantee for every console, patch, or mode. TechRadar PS5 review

Because the published material does not establish exact sensitivity values, full graphics menus, or performance targets across platforms, any more specific preset would be guesswork. Evaluate control precision, tactile feedback, visual comfort, and measured performance as separate outcomes rather than assuming one setting improves all of them.
