Yes—the Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition is an official limited-edition bundle announced by Xbox and Meta on June 24, 2025. It pairs a custom-colored 128GB Quest 3S with an Xbox Wireless Controller, an Elite Strap and three-month subscriptions to Meta Horizon+ and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Xbox said launch quantities were extremely limited, but that does not establish whether it is in stock now.
What is the Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition?
It is a limited-edition version of Meta’s Quest 3S sold as a bundle—not a separate Xbox console or a native Xbox VR headset. The official announcement describes the collaboration as part of the companies’ ongoing partnership. Xbox’s June 24, 2025 announcement and Meta’s bundle announcement identify it as a 128GB headset.
What comes in the bundle?
The announced package combines Xbox-themed styling and accessories with subscriptions:
- A 128GB Quest 3S headset in Carbon Black and Velocity Green styling, with matching Touch Plus controllers.
- A limited-edition Xbox Wireless Controller.
- An Elite Strap.
- Three months of Meta Horizon+.
- Three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Best Buy’s listing also describes the 128GB model and the bundled controller, strap and subscriptions.

Can you play Xbox games on the Quest 3S?
Yes, through Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta): the partnership describes playing Xbox games on a large 2D virtual screen in mixed reality. That is cloud gaming displayed within the Quest experience, not evidence that the headset runs native Xbox VR games. Meta also listed Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) among entertainment apps supported on the standard Quest 3S, so cloud gaming is not exclusive to the Xbox Edition. See Meta’s Xbox Cloud Gaming announcement and Meta’s standard Quest 3S announcement.
Where can you buy the Xbox Quest 3S?
At launch, Xbox listed meta.com and Best Buy in the United States, and Argos and EE in the United Kingdom. The announcement said quantities were “extremely limited.” Those were launch details, not confirmation that any retailer still has stock.

The key difference documented in the announcements is the Xbox Edition’s limited styling, included hardware and subscription trials. The standard Quest 3S was announced at a lower US launch price, while retaining access to Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta).
