Why a Last Asylum: Plague code may not work
The code has expired
Gift codes can stop working after their validity period ends. The official listing changes over time, so an old code list is not proof that a code is still active. Check the game’s official code listing for current availability.
The code was entered incorrectly
Check every character and preserve the capitalization shown. The official guide notes that spelling and capital letters matter; copying and pasting the code can help avoid typing errors.

The code was already claimed or has reached a use limit
Most codes can be used only once per account, according to the official guide. The official FAQ also says a redeemed code usually cannot be used again. If you have already claimed it on your account, entering it another time will not provide a second reward.
The code is restricted by region
Some codes are region-specific, as noted in the official guide and FAQ. If the code is valid and correctly entered but still rejected, a regional restriction may explain the error.

Redemption succeeded, but the reward is missing
Check your in-game mail: that is where the official guide says redeemed rewards are delivered. If the code was accepted but no reward appears there, consult the game’s current publisher support instructions for help with the account or reward.
Gift Code is missing from Settings
The official instructions document the in-game Profile and Settings route, but do not confirm that the option appears on every platform or provide an official web redemption alternative. A third-party guide describes a web route, but it is not confirmation of an official method. Check the publisher’s current support instructions for your platform rather than entering account details on an unverified redemption site.

Avoid buying gift codes from sellers
The official FAQ says official gift codes are free and warns players to be wary of sellers; paid codes may be scams. Do not pay a third party for a code. If a free code does not work, verify its validity and restrictions through official game information instead.
