If a Dicero code fails, first confirm you’re using the right code for your game version—international or WeChat Game—and that it is active, unused, and entered with the player ID shown in your game. Then use that version’s redemption route. Code availability changes, and the available listings do not establish which codes are still active on October 4, 2026.
Check these causes first
- Confirm your game channel. Dicero’s international version and its China WeChat Game version have separate redemption routes and may have different codes. Check the client and how you log in; your location alone does not identify the channel. Dicero’s redemption guide distinguishes the international app, commonly installed through Google Play or Apple’s App Store and using Habby’s global service, from the WeChat-launched version.
- Verify that the code is for your channel and still valid. Check a current game notice or code listing for the code’s channel label and status. A code marked expired will not work, and a code for WeChat Game should not be assumed to work in the international version or vice versa. The available listing separates WeChat-only codes and includes expired entries, but its April–June 2026 entries do not confirm what remains active now. Code-list guidance and the dated code list can help identify labels and reported status, not guarantee current validity.
- Use the correct player ID. Copy the player or user ID from inside the Dicero account where you want the reward. Do not enter your character name, email address, or an ID from another account. The redemption guide and the code-list guidance identify the in-game ID as necessary.
- Re-enter the code exactly. Remove spaces before or after it, check capitalization, and distinguish similar-looking characters such as zero and the letter O. The redemption system may be case-sensitive when available. The code guidance and the listing note these entry issues.
- Check whether you already claimed it or the event has started. A code may be limited to one claim per account, or its event or redemption feature may not be open yet. The code guidance lists prior redemption and event timing among possible causes.
Use the redemption route for your version
| Version | Where to redeem | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| International | Use the official Habby redemption page identified by Dicero’s guide. | Enter the player ID shown in Dicero, the code, and the verification characters. After a successful submission, return to the game and check the mailbox or reward area. |
| WeChat Game | Look in the game’s Settings, Benefits, Events, or Gift Code menus; names and locations may change between updates. See the guide. | Use only a code labeled for WeChat Game, and check that redemption or the related event is available to your account. |
The international redemption page should not need your game password, Apple or Google password, or payment-card details, according to the guide. If a page asks for those, stop rather than submitting them.
When a technical retry is worth trying
If the international redemption page appears stuck or verification fails, refresh it, request a new verification image, and try again later instead of submitting repeatedly. These are limited checks suggested by the redemption guidance; they cannot make an expired, already-claimed, or wrong-channel code valid.
If Dicero itself will not start, the developer response on the App Store listing suggests clearing the app cache, restarting the device, and switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. That advice concerns launch or connection problems; it does not establish that every code error is caused by a network issue.

Contact support safely
For a persistent problem starting the game, the developer’s App Store response directs players to [email protected] with their user ID and device model. For a code-status report, the independent Dicero guide site accepts reports and corrections, but says it cannot recover accounts or handle official support tickets.
When reporting a redemption failure, include the code, your game channel, the date you tried it, and the exact error text. A screenshot can help, but hide account details that are not needed. The reporting advice comes from the guide and its safety guidance.

Avoid code scams
- Redeem only in the game or on Habby’s official domain.
- Do not pay someone to unlock a free code or share your password or one-time login code.
- Do not install apps or tools promising unlimited code generation.
Dicero.app describes itself as an independent fan-made guide site, not official game support and not affiliated with Habby. Treat its code information as secondary, and use current official or in-game notices where available to check whether a code is still valid.
